Acetyl-L-carnitine benefits heart function
We examined the effects of acetyl-L-carnitine infusion on patients experiencing circulatory shock, focusing on those with heart conditions. In a double-blind study involving 115 patients across ten intensive care units, we found that this treatment improved blood oxygenation and reduced heart rate and right atrial pressure in cardiogenic shock patients.

Our results also indicated increases in systolic and mean arterial pressures for patients in septic shock. This suggests that acetyl-L-carnitine could complement standard treatments in managing hypoxic conditions related to heart issues.

Essential for heart
L-carnitine is crucial for allowing fatty acids to penetrate cell membranes. It is advisable to take it while losing weight, especially before cardio, as this aids lipolysis, helping transport fatty acids into the mitochondria for oxidation! I consume 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to cardio sessions. It’s also beneficial to take L-carnitine daily for our main muscle—our heart. 1-2 capsules a day is effective. This supplement truly works; just use it correctly!

Reduced palpitations
It works well! I started taking it because I have a weak heart, and I feel my shortness of breath and heart palpitations have decreased. Additionally, I lost weight without any effort.
